Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in #720 Notting Hill Nude

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in  #720 Notting Hill Nude
Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks are one of my favourite drugstore lipsticks, I have so many of them in my collection and it's still growing! They're pigmented and moisturising (not to mention they are affordable!). They also contain vitamin A, C & E, anti-oxidants and SPF 20 to protect the lips from sun damage.

I recently picked up Notting Hill Nude because I just can't get enough of nude lipsticks, and Rimmel's Nude Delight and Spotlight Beige are one of my favourite nudes and most-suited for my skintone (no dead looking lips!), so I thought Notting Hill Nude would be a good addition to the collection.

Here's a comparison, from left to right, of Notting Hill Nude, Nude Delight and Spotlight Beige:

2. Nude Delight
3 Spotlight Beige

You can see from the swatches that Notting Hill Nude is more of a pink-based nude compared to Nude Delight and Spotlight Beige. It's a lovely wearable nude colour, especially if you're looking for something that doesn't give you that ghost-like look. But if you want something truly nude (to go with a heavy smokey eye look) then Nude Delight is what you want, especially when it's used on top of a nude lip liner...perfection!

Available in Boots and Superdrug for £6.29.

  1. nice post! I really love the moisture renew lipsticks as well. Crush is one of my favourite lippies ever, and I always thought it was comparable to MAC Shy Girl (not exactly) but now I heard that Nude Delight is a better dupe... hmmm
